New flagship Brown Thomas store to open at Dundrum Town Centre
Ireland’s leading luxury retail store, Brown Thomas, is to create a contemporary space – mixing physical and digital – designed to enhance the shopping experience for customers. The store will trade over two levels and comprise of over 63,000 sq ft, with a net retail sales area of 45,000 sq ft. Donald McDonald, Managing Director of Brown Thomas Arnotts, said: “We are delighted to have secured a new enlarged store at Dundrum – one of Ireland’s leading shopping centres. We have been looking for a larger space in the centre for a number of years to enable us to deliver a more enhanced customer experience, and in particular, to help grow our successful BT2 business there.”

Dundrum Town Centre to welcome an experiential foodhall and restaurant by Donnybrook Fair
The Irish artisan and speciality grocer is due to launch in the coming months at Pembroke Square. Entirely devoted to celebrating food, visitors will be taken on an experiential culinary journey from the moment they enter the retail food market on the ground floor, right through to the restaurant and bar space on Level 1.
For over 20 years, Donnybrook Fair has been Dublin’s premier craft butcher, seafood and fresh fish market, serving up quality fish, meat and seafood delicacies. Customers can expect the retailer’s hugely popular produce and delicious gourmet meals, as well as several pop-up culinary experiences.

Stella Bowl to open at Dundrum Town Centre
Press Up Entertainment Group, one of Ireland’s leading leisure and hospitality brands, will open a new eight-lane bowling alley at Dundrum Town Centre. Stella Bowl, the new 15,661 sq ft bowling alley, cocktail bar and diner concept will form part of a major new dining and entertainment destination within the Pembroke District. Established in 2009, Press Up Entertainment Group operates many of Dublin’s most popular and well-loved hospitality venues including The Dean Hotel, The Stella Theatre, The Workman’s Club, The Vintage Cocktail Club, Isabelle’s, Elephant and Castle and Dollard & Co Food Hall and Grill.
